The Transportation Consultant will be responsible for selling and securing asset-light capacity for the transportation of automobiles. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
Pay: $65,000-$70,000 annually

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
• Scheduling transportation services, allocating drivers, processing transportation documentation and monitoring drivers.
• Developing, implementing, and improving transportation policies and procedures.
• Evaluating driver performance, handling customer queries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Keeping transportation operations within budget without compromising efficiency.
• Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
• Uphold the company's core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Safety.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in the finished vehicle logistics industry with a focus on carrier management.
• Ability to work from home unsupervised.
• Startup experience a plus
• 4-year degree a plus
